Launching Your Fashion Product

Check list:

1. Portfolio - showing: inspiration, products you like, competitors products. Include pictures, clippings and annotations

2. Designs - showing: sketches/images of your product, digital drawings (if possible), final pictures (in colour) and your first range

3. Samples - showing: real products (similar to what you want to produce)

4. Material samples - showing: the materials you will use to make your products (manufacturers can provide these)

5. Manufacturer details - full details of who will make your products, including; name, address, website, email, personnel names, etc, etc

6. Outlets - showing: where you would like to sell your products initially and where you would like to be in the future

7. Promotion plan - showing: how you will let the market know your products are available and where they can be purchased

2. Who are 10 or more idols/competitors you have in this field?

3. List 10 or more things you have noticed that your idols/competitors have?

4. Name 10 or more people who you can speak to/advise you?

5. List 10 or more things that have been said/advised to you?

6. Show 10 or more incentives (ie strategies) you have, to better yourself/your idea, against your idols/competitors?
